Changeover days are flexible.
£40 supplement for fifth person (regardless of rental period).
Standard cleaning on departure is included in the rental price.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking. In addition a refundable damage & breakages deposit of £200 is payable with the rental balance 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the letting period. When bookings are made less than 4 weeks prior to commencement then payment of the full price is required at the time of confirmation.
